How It Works

1. Submit your application.
Tell us about your organization, how your team currently uses AI, and where you’d like help. “Not sure yet” is a completely valid answer.

2. We review the applications.
After the application window closes, we review all applications based on fit, potential impact, feasibility, and our capacity for the quarter.

3. We identify the best next step.
This could be an AI assessment or action plan, team training, a 90-minute call, implementation support, or a useful resource or referral. We’ll focus on the next step most likely to help.

4. A common starting point is a 90-minute scoping call.
When a call is the right next step, we dig into your goals, workflows, team readiness, and where AI support could make the biggest difference. We use the call for real-time demos and workflow problem-solving.

5. We turn the conversation into a plan.
After the call, we propose specific next steps. That may be a tailored action plan, training or setup support, or a focused sprint where we work alongside your team on a defined goal or project.

What We Can Help With

We support animal advocacy organizations at different stages of AI adoption—from figuring out where to begin, to improving a specific workflow. Common areas of support include:

  • AI assessments and action plans – Understand your current AI use, readiness, policy gaps, and best next steps.

  • Team setup and training – Help staff choose, configure, and use AI tools with greater confidence.

  • Leader and funder sessions – We help senior leaders and grant-makers with focused one-on-one sessions to discuss both workflows and organizational AI strategy.

  • Workflow improvement and automation – Find areas where AI could make work easier, save time, or improve the process.

  • AI strategy, policy, and adoption – Address leadership decisions, staff concerns, responsible-use policies, and organizational change.

  • Implementation support – Build or improve a specific workflow when hands-on implementation is the right next step.

Not sure which option fits? That's fine – apply anyway! We can figure out what's possible together.
