Movement-Wide Tech Platforms
The movement’s grantmaking platform
Granti is the first platform in the animal advocacy movement that centralizes and streamlines grant management for everyone. With 650+ animal advocacy organizations and multiple major funders onboarded, Granti saves time and reduces stress by eliminating repetitive grant applications, keeping information up to date across funders, and replacing scattered emails, spreadsheets, and forms.
Since launching in 2023, Granti has seen major success, but we didn't stop there. We continuously improve the platform based on your feedback, ensuring it fits different funder needs and makes the process smoother for grantees.
With Granti, funders can browse grantee profiles using filters like area of focus, country, or grant size, and allocate grants immediately. They can still request additional information through custom forms when needed.
For organizations, Granti means less time on admin work. By maintaining a single profile, grantees avoid repetitive applications and only provide extra details (like budgets or reports) when a funder specifically requests them.

Matching professional advocates with skilled volunteers
We realized early on that VH alone couldn't meet every organization's needs. But we also knew the power of skilled volunteers – people with specialized expertise who want to help animals but don't know where to start. Flockwork was born from this gap: a platform to connect organizations with the skilled support they need, at no cost.
Unlike traditional volunteer boards where organizations post openings and sift through applications themselves, at Flockwork, we do the heavy lifting for them. We vet volunteers, match them to projects based on skills and mission fit, and handle the logistics so organizations can focus on their work. And for volunteers anywhere in the world, Flockwork creates a clear entry point into professional animal advocacy.
As a team that came together when people with specialized skills wanted to help animals but didn't know how, we built what we wished existed: a system that makes it easy for both sides. Organizations get vetted, reliable support. Volunteers find meaningful ways to contribute their expertise.

Largest network connecting farmed animal advocacy groups
FAST (Farmed Animal Strategic Team) is a network connecting nearly 1,800 advocates from over 600 organizations, all working to end factory farming. While it started as a small, volunteer-run effort over a decade ago, it has now grown into one of the movement's most active collaboration networks.
After being managed by various people within the movement, we took over FAST in 2024. Our goal was to expand its value for members while making it sustainable to run. We started with the basics: developing an email list portal, revamping the website, and building a portal for discussions and courses.
But as we dug in, we realized FAST's management was demanding and scattered across too many moving pieces. So we did what we do best: we built technology to solve the problem. We created a comprehensive AI agent that now handles 95% of FAST's management, automating everything from member onboarding to email routing.
Now, FAST is now more secure, faster, and has features members have been asking for, like the ability to choose what types of emails you receive. Most importantly, we can now focus on making FAST better instead of just keeping it running.

Our Communities
We co-manage a wide range of vegan communities on Reddit, with a combined reach of over 2 million members. We use this platform to support organizations in our movement by helping them find the right volunteers, as well as hosting AMAs (Ask Me Anything), and increasing their visibility. Through active moderation and community-building, we also foster discussion and collaboration across the broader vegan community.
Animal Rights Advocates
Founded in 2019, Animal Rights Advocates (ARA) is a platform on Discord for young activists to facilitate animal rights advocacy. The server hosts social events, philosophical discussions and debates, community building, as well as, vegan outreach and activism. With events every week, and a robust system for activists to discuss and perform activism, ARA is a place for anyone interested in helping animals or learning more.
