AI Program Director

Steven Rouk is the AI Program Director at Vegan Hacktivists, where he helps animal advocacy organizations build AI automations and agents. He has been active in the movement for over a decade and currently serves as Executive Director of Connect For Animals, a platform that helps people get involved in efforts to end factory farming. Previously, Steven worked as an analytics and research specialist at Mercy For Animals and as a data engineering consultant. In recent years, he has become increasingly focused on helping advocates leverage AI, including facilitating AI training programs for advocates. Outside of work, Steven enjoys long walks, thinking about the future, and building side projects with AI.
